Solution:The logic followed here is :

(1st number) × 9 = 2nd number
(13 - 117) → (13 × 9) = 117
(18 - 162) → (18 × 9) = 162
(15 - 135) → (15 × 9) = 135
But, (11 - 89) → (11 × 9) = 99 (Not 89)

Hence, 11 - 89 is the correct answer.
