The Bihar Vidhan Parishad (BVP), Government of Bihar, will release the Admit Card for the recruitment of Personal Assistant (PA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), and Stenographer posts under Advt. No. 02/2025. The DEO exam is scheduled to be conducted on 10 May 2026, while other phases have already been conducted or scheduled. Candidates who applied between 28 November 2025 and 05 January 2026 will be able to download their admit cards soon from the official website.

Personal Assistant (PA)
Candidate must have a graduate with Hindi Stenography speed of 100 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-07 (₹44,900–1,42,400).
Data Entry Operator DEO
Candidate must have Intermediate (10+2) qualification with a typing speed of 8000 key-depressions per hour. A computer certificate like ADCA or one from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT (‘O’ Level) is desirable. The pay scale is Level-04 (₹25,500–81,100).
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Candidate must have Intermediate (10+2) qualification with Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-02 (₹19,900–63,200).
Stenographer
Candidate must have Graduate with Hindi Stenography speed of 80 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-04 (₹25,500–81,100).
