Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in three phases:
- Phase I – Online Written Test (Science/Non-Science subjects)
- Phase II – Physical Fitness Test, Adaptability Test I & II
- Phase III – Medical Examination
Candidates have to qualify each stage as per IAF standards. Final selection will be based on state-wise merit and medical fitness.
