Scouts & Guides Eligibility Criteria Candidates must fulfil the following to be eligible under the Scouts and Guides Quota:
President’s Scout/Guide/Ranger/Rover or Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder in any section. Active participation in Scouts & Guides for at least 5 years. Must have attended 2 national-level OR All India Railway events, and 2 state-level events. A valid Certificate of Activeness as per format Annexure ‘C’.
