Solution:Dharamshala is the winter capital of Himachal Pradesh, and Nagpur is the winter capital of Maharashtra. Till 1950, Nagpur was the capital of the Central Province and Berar (Vidarbha).
Later, Vidarbha merged into Bombay state. Under the Nagpur Pact, Nagpur became the second capital of Maharashtra in 1960. One of the preconditions of Vidarbha was that one legislative session should be held in Nagpur.
