Solution:Rajasthan Government constituted State Human Rights Commission on 18 January, 1999 which became fully operational since May, 2000. Initially, the commission had one Chairman and four Members. According to the Human Rights Protection (Amendment) Act, 2006, state Human Rights commissions have one Chairman and two Members. Presently, Prakash Tatiya is the chairman of the commission. Unlike other commissions, only the ex-chief justice of High court is appointed the Chairman of the commission. Justice A.S.
