The annual premium (in Rs.) of Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana is 330 per member.

Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana offers a protection term insurance cover of Rs. 2 Lakh to the insurer.

Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, launched Atal Pension Yojana on 9 May 2015 in Kolkata. It was men-tioned in the 2015 Budget speech by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. Atal Pension Yojana formerly known as Swavalamban Yojana is a government-backed pension scheme in India, primarily targeted at the unorganized sector.

Pradhan Mantri Vaya Vandana Yojana is a pension scheme launched for the senior citizens of the country. The maximum limit for investment per senior citizen under this scheme has been raised to Rs.15 lakh, which was earlier Rs.7.5 lakh.

Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana is an ambitious social welfare scheme of the Central Government. It was launched on May 1, 2016 from Ballia in Uttar Pradesh. The objective of the scheme is to provide free LPG connections to socially backward classes in the country and thus, replace impure cooking fuel used in rural India with cleaner and more efficient LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas).

Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana is not one of the steps taken by the central government for financial inclusion. It is an ambitious social welfare scheme of the Central Government. Financial inclusion is a method of offering banking and financial services to individuals. It aims to include everybody in society by giving them basic financial services regardless of their income or savings. It focuses on providing financial solutions to the economically underprivileged.

The objective of the scheme is to provide LPG connections to BPL households in the country and thus, replace impure cooking fuel used in rural India with cleaner and more efficient LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas).

The operating companies involved in 128 routes operating under the UDAN scheme are - Air Odisha (50 routes, new airline), Air Deccan (34 routes, relaunched airline), Turbo Megha Airways (18 routes), Alliance Air (15 routes, Air India subsidiary) and SpiceJet (11 routes). IndiGo has not included in its (UDAN scheme) five operator groups.

The 'Smart Village Program' has been started by the Government of Gujarat to improve public facilities in the villages. Under this program, it was decided to make 300 villages clean and self-sufficient.

'Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) - PMAY (U)'s mission is to achieve the goal of Housing for All in urban areas by 2022 and this Mission will provide Central Assistance to implementing agencies through States and UTs for providing houses to all eligible families/ beneficiaries by 2022.
