Correct Answer: (1) 700
Solution:

70 children got 3 chocolates extra.
= 70 × 3 = 210
Suppose Ajay, has 700 chocolates.
He has to distribute 7 chocolates to each of 100 children.
7 × 100 = 700
But, to provide 3 chocolates extra, Ajay could distribute the chololates to 70 children only.
700 – 210 = 490
490/70 = 7
Each of 70 children got 7 + 3
= 10 chocolates.
