Removal of Judges:
Article 124(4) and the Judges Inquiry Act 1968 determine the procedure of removal of the judges:
Whereas Articles from 12 to 35 of Part III of the Indian Constitution deals with the fundamental rights of Indian citizens, Part IV from Articles 36 to 51 deal with Directive Principles of State Policy and. Who can become the Chief Justice of India?

Article 348 (1) stipulates the use of English in the Supreme Court and High Courts as well as for drafting Bills, Acts and Orders.
Article 348(2) read with Section (7) of the Official Languages Act 1963 provides for Hindi or other official languages to be used in High Courts "in addition to English".
