Unit cost has been increased from 70,000 Rs to 1.20 lacs rupees in the plain area and from Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 1.30 lacs in hilly states and inaccessible areas and IAP districts on 60:40 basis between the Central and State Government and for North East and Himalayan State will be done on 90: 10 basis.
