Dandakaranya, a physiographic region in eastcentral India. It is a historical region in India, mentioned in Ramayana. Rank-size rule:

The world wide distribution of active volcanoes is lead to form chains around ocean basins. Among all the volcanoes of earth, 15% lies along the divergent/constructive plates boundaries The ocean basin like the Pacific ocean basin and Atlantic ocean basin and others are colliding towards the continental plates which causes the formation of chain of volcanoes around those collision margins for ex-Circum Pacific belt 'OR' Ring of fire.

Erosion and deposition both are the product of the exogenic forces. It means the forces responsible have an external origin. The agents involved in the exogenic processes are river, wind, sea wave, groundwater, glacier, etc.
