(8 : 34) → {(4 × 8) + 2} ⇒ (32 + 2) = 34

(7 : 30) → {(4 × 7) + 2} ⇒ (28 + 2) = 30

But,

(5 : 24) → {(4 × 5) + 2} ⇒ (20 + 2) = 22 ≠ 24

Hence, (5 : 24) is the correct answer.
