Solution:The logic followed here is :

(1st number) ร— 9 = 2nd number
(13 - 117) โ†’ (13 ร— 9) = 117
(18 - 162) โ†’ (18 ร— 9) = 162
(15 - 135) โ†’ (15 ร— 9) = 135
But, (11 - 89) โ†’ (11 ร— 9) = 99 (Not 89)

Hence, 11 - 89 is the correct answer.
