Khaparwas Bird Sanctuary is a bird sanctuary in Jhajjar district, about 80 kilometres. The reserve covers 82.70 hectares. The Khaparwas Wildlife Sanctuary (mainly in Kairu and Khaparwas) attracts a large number and variety of migratory birds, and situated at a distance of about 1.5 km from Bhindawas Wildlife Sanctuary; Khaparwas Wildlife Sanctuary as Ecosensitive Zone from ecological and environmental point of view.
Nahar Wildlife Sanctuary is situated in Rewari district of Haryana. The Sanctuary spreads over an area of 522 Acre. This area is an old pasture land of Nawab of Dujana.
This small area is divided into three parts. The Kosli-Kanina road divides the area of 424 acre into two parts of 331 acre and 93 acre. Another stretch of 98 acre lies north of this area. The area was managed as Reserve Forest before its declaration as Sanctuary in 1987.
Bir Shikargarh Wildlife Sanctuary is situated in Panchkula district of Haryana state. It is spread over an area of 767.30 hectares. It also houses Vulture Conservation and Breeding Centre, Pinjore. Abubashahar Wildlife Sanctuary is situated in Sirsa district of Haryana. Forests Department, Haryana of Government of Haryana officially notified this as Wildlife Sanctuary on 30 January, 1987.
