Solution:Uttar Pradesh has two women Chief Ministers so far, Sucheta Kriplani who served as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh from 2 October, 1963 to 13 March, 1967. She was also the first woman Chief Minister in India. Second woman Chief Minister is Mayawati who became the Chief Minister of U.P. on 3 June, 1995 and served till 18 October, 1995.After that she served as the Chief Minister of U.P. from 21 March, 1997 to 20 September, 1997; 3 May, 2002 to 29 August, 2003 and 13 May, 2007 to 15 March, 2012. Thus, Mayawati is the third person to serve as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh four times after Chandrabhanu Gupta and N.D. Tiwari.
