World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) - Established in 1961, and Headquartered at Gland (Switzerland). The Energy report is also published by WWF. Living Planet Index (LPI) - It is a measure of the state of the world’s biological diversity based on population trends of vertebrate species in terrestrial, freshwater, and marine habitats. The Nature Conservancy (founded - US,1951) is a global environmental nonprofit working to create a world where people and nature can thrive.
