Solution:Flownets–
• The equation of flownets drawn for plotting the flow of a fluid is based on Darcy's law. • A flownet is a graphical solution to the equation of steady groundwater flow. A flownet consists of two sets of lines which must always be orthogonal (perpendicular to each other).
• Flow lines, and equipotential lines (lines of constant head) which show the distribution of potential energy.
