The term 'media literacy' refers to people's understanding of what media are, how they operate, what messages they are delivering, what roles they play in society and how audience members respond to media messages.
Level of media literacy enables a person with the degree of control over the vision of the world they see through the media and can decide for themselves what the messages mean or develop an exaggerated impression of problems in society when they lack the control.
One dimension of media literacy deals with the ability to intellectually process information communicated by the media. The other dimension covers the feelings created by media messages.
While other dimension of media literacy involves interpreting media content from an artistic or critical point of view. The aspects of examining the values
of medium or message constitute the other dimension of media literacy.
The dimension of media literacy consisting of examining the valnes of the medium or the message can be referred to as: 

Orientation, also called on boarding, is designed to provide new hives with the information they need to function comfortably and efficiency in the organization. Also called 'loost campus' (a term used to orient fresh hives in the army) induction is a planned introduction of fresher's to their job, their peers and company. In luction is another term used to denote orientation. Typically, orientation conveys three types of information:

• General information about the daily work routine.
• A review of the firm's history, founding fathers, objectives, operations and products or services, as well as how the employee's job contributes to the organization's needs.
• A detailed presentation, perhaps, in a brochure, of the organization's policies, work rules and employee benefits.
