Paper-I (Classes I to V)
Any one of the following:
- Higher Secondary with 50% marks + 2-year D.El.Ed.
- Higher Secondary with 45% marks + 2-year D.El.Ed. (NCTE 2002 norms)
- Higher Secondary with 50% marks + 4-year B.El.Ed.
- Higher Secondary with 50% marks + 2-year Diploma in Special Education
Paper-II (Classes VI to VIII)
Any one of the following:
- Graduation + 2-year D.El.Ed.
- Graduation with 50% marks + B.Ed.
- Graduation with 45% marks + B.Ed. (NCTE norms)
- Higher Secondary with 50% marks + 4-year B.El.Ed.
- Higher Secondary with 50% marks + 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed./B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
- Graduation with 50% marks + B.Ed. in Special Education
- Any NCTE-recognised B.Ed. degree

- Apply separately for Paper-I and Paper-II
