Scouts & Guides Eligibility (For Both Levels)
- Must be a President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder.
- Active member of a Scouts Organisation for the last 5 years (from 2020-21 onwards) with a valid Certificate of Activeness.
- Attended two events at the National / All Indian Railway level AND two events at the State level.
