Solution:Colossus was the name of a series of electronic digital computer developed for British code breakers in 1943-1945 to help in the cryptanalysis of the Lorenz Cipher. It was designed by the British engineer Tommy Flowers. Alan Mathison Turing also contributed to its design but the fact was that he was not directly involved in it.
People generally thought that the very first digital computers to use electricity were the Colossus, created in England in 1943, and the ENIAC, made in the US in 1945.
